Volunteers always welcome! Help make the carnival costumes for the Paddington Arts/Elimu band.

Age: All. (Children under 10 years must be supervied).
Cost: Prices (TBC) for those that wish to join the Paddington Arts Elimu band wearing a costume or T-shirt at the Notting Hill carnival.
