The prices apply to room hire during office hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm). At other times, a £15 per hour + VAT for caretaking and security is charged in addition to the hire price. (For large bookings an additional £30 cleaning deposit (per room) is payable. The cleaning deposit is refunded by Paddington Arts management once we have checked that the rooms have been restored to good order).
All bookings are made at the discretion of the management of Paddington Arts Limited.
